About Me

Born and raised in the state of Arizona, I have always been a major sports fan. Growing up, sports was always my safe space. I was never coordinated enough to play many sports at a high level, but I would watch sports at any moment that I could. Working in the sports industry was my goal from day one and I knew I could achieve my dream.

Starting early in grade school, I discovered an abnormality with my walking. After countless tests, studies, and doctor visits, no one was able to properly diagnose my condition. We have landed on spastic paraplegia with sensory neuropathy. I have been in a wheelchair since the start of 6th grade. Despite these struggles, I was never going to give up my dream of working in sports.

Ever since high school people always complimented my deep voice and how it sounded great for radio or a talk show. I decided to focus on the God given talent of my voice and my passion for sports and pursue a degree and experience in the broadcasting field.

I decided to attend GCU with the intention of getting a degree in Sports Management. After a few years I decided to pick up a second degree in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcasting and New Media. After 4 years, I graduated from GCU with two degrees and a better understanding of my dream career field.

In August 2021, I started working for GCUTV team in athletics. I worked as a sports broadcaster including being talent for three different sports, soccer, basketball, and baseball. I also worked behind the scenes on many more D1 sports for the university.
